PABX (private automatic branch exchange) is an automatic telephone switching system within your hotel. Chartsbeds PABX Interface is a call management interface that keeps track of telephone usage statistics, and properly allocates and charges customers for their telephone usage.
It comes in two versions:
- the more basic “Call Logging Only” provides you with a facility for call logging. For call logging we cater for either meter pulses, or time & duration based on the prefix of the dialed number
- the more advanced “Full Hotel System Interface” provides you with a number of additional features such as extension enable/disable, message light, room status update (for housekeeping), guest name display etc.
