ChartsBeds PMS is a new generation Cloud based System. It means that there is no installation required on your computer. It is an online application, that can be used from many plateforme, like computer, tablette or phone.
The application is available by simple logging, and all you staff can work at the same time with the security of not modifying the same data a the same time.
In terms of training, this new generation Cloud Bases System, doesn’t require a long training to be able to use it. It is very intuitive, so 1 hour is usually enough for a receptionist to manage front-office operations, such as booking reservations, guest check-in/check-out, room assignment, managing room rates, and billing.
For management operations or Yield management, we have dedicated training sessions.

Groupe management
The features for groupe management allows the Hotel to follow the entier process of reservation for any size of groupe.
Connected to another third party tool, our PMS can handle the groupe reservation proposal with an option date (with or without reserving the Rooms). Then, as soon as the option is validate, the reservation is confirmed and the staff can provide an online or paper Rooming list to the groupe. Ones the PMS has collected enough information the staff can start to prepare the groupe, by defining the arrival date of each member, assigning room type ans room number according to the group constraints and send individual confirmation email if needed.
The payement of the groupe can be managed by the client account feature in order to allow a payement at +30 or +60 days.

You can decide to display your availabilities and rates more that one year in advance if your OTA can support it.
Gross or net rates
You have the ability to display your room rates as gross or net rates amount. This setting can for each OTA.
Rooms and packages
The channel manager allows you to map Room only, or packages like Bed and Breakfast or Non Refundable.
Advance payement
According to your package, choose if you want to collect in advance 1 night or a pourcentage of the stay.
Agent commission automatically calculated
According to the portal your are connected with, you can decide to post the advance commission of your OTA in an Agent account.
