Booking confirmation email

The booking confirmation email is the first exchange with your client, it must be clear and complete, it conveys the image of your establishment and shows the interest you have in welcoming your host. First, the email must provide all the information relating to the reservation to comfort the customer on the choice of his stay. The email should also tell your client that your team is available for him regarding any questions about his stay.

The confirmation e-mail is also an effective way to collect information about your client and especially to facilitate the work of your teams, especially by offering your customer to click on a “confirm your reservation” button ( as the confirmation of flight on an airline) which leads to a page called “pre-checkin” with a form to complete.

ChartsBeds Hotel serves breakfast daily from 7am until 11am. We also offer complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the hotel, free tea and fresh ground coffee facilities, complimentary newspapers, as well as luggage facilities and a fully-equipped guest computer area.

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. We are happy to store your luggage if you arrive early. We have a secure room for this and it is free.
