The booking confirmation email is the first exchange with your client, it must be clear and complete, it conveys the image of your establishment and shows the interest you have in welcoming your host. First, the email must provide all the information relating to the reservation to comfort the customer on the choice of his stay. The email should also tell your client that your team is available for him regarding any questions about his stay.
